1. Who this policy covers
This Policy explains how FrameForge Labs handles information from this website, the contact form, Beta-access requests, product support, and FrameForge license activation and validation.
2. Information you provide
When you submit the website contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, and message. If you join the Beta, we may also keep your invitation status, license record, support history, and feedback. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential client media, or other sensitive information through the form.
3. License and technical information
Activation and validation may process a license identifier, license status and tier, activation and expiry dates, a protected identifier for the activated device, and security or diagnostic events. Website and server providers may also process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and request logs needed for delivery, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
4. Your creative files
FrameForge does not claim ownership of your scripts, narration, images, videos, or exported timelines. The website does not ask you to upload project media. We do not receive your creative files unless you deliberately provide relevant information while requesting support.
5. How we use information
We use information to respond to messages; review Beta requests; issue, activate, validate, reset, suspend, or revoke licenses; provide support; investigate errors and abuse; secure the website and licensing service; and improve FrameForge from tester feedback.
6. Service providers and processing location
We use service providers to host the website and licensing infrastructure and to deliver contact-form messages. The current contact form uses FormSubmit as a delivery provider. Personal information submitted through the website may therefore be processed or stored outside Quebec and Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which a provider operates. We limit the information collected through the form and use providers only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service.
7. Cookies and advertising
The current public website does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor profiles. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used when required to deliver the site, prevent abuse, or maintain a secure session. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced later, this Policy will be updated before they are used where consent is required.
8. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the Beta, support, licensing, security, legal, and record-keeping purposes. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, securely destroyed, or de-identified where permitted, subject to legitimate backup and legal-retention needs. We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected identifiers, and limited administrative access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or security exceptions. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawing or refusing information required for licensing may prevent us from providing Beta access or support.
10. Privacy Officer and complaints
The person responsible for protecting personal information is the Owner and Privacy Officer of FrameForge Labs. To request access or correction, withdraw consent, ask for deletion where applicable, or make a complaint, open the website contact form and choose “Privacy request.” This dedicated contact method reaches the Privacy Officer without publishing a personal email address. We will review the request, may verify your identity, and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children
The FrameForge Beta and this website are not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without authorization from a parent or guardian where required by law.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy when the website, Beta, licensing, or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the latest published revision, and material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate notice.
